Las 12:46 m.n.
Based on the nocturnal experiences in Madrid, this book is a compilation of the resignification of Madrid's nightlife, its ambiguity and its constant emanation of possible or probable fluids, dangerous or safe. Through a series of illustrated poems I seek to represent a night of which we are a part as individuals and as groups as we enter it. Arrhythmic poems seek to tell these experiences without explicitly naming the drugs, love affairs, alcohol and adventures that can happen after 12:46 m.n. Ping pong poems that are also stylistically reflected in hand engraved illustrations. Las 12:46 m.n. was created as part of my final project in the graphic design and illustration course at the Istituto Europeo di Design Madrid. Printed, bound and silk-screened with the help of my teachers at the IED workshop.
